How to solve some problems
A friend of mine is a retired exec from Praxair. He told me a story about how he often solved problems. He said that when presented with an issue he would gather his team and come up with what seemed like the most viable solution. He would fire the shot to see where it landed. He would get feedback, adjust, and fire again. He would repeat this process each time getting better feedback until they nailed it. Often times his competition was still working on the algorithm while they were on to the next project.
Often this is how we find the right candidate for your job opening. The most common mistake that many companies make when hiring an agency is not giving timely and quality feedback. Without your immediate feedback, we are dead in the water.
