Many people are unaware that as an intermediary, we place a significant number of Management and Admin folks in jobs with construction companies in Western New York.
Summertime we keep pretty busy interviewing and referring tradespeople, but right about the time the lake effect starts, our inbox fills with resumes from project managers, estimators, superintendents, business development, sales and all variety of administrative applicants.
Monster, Indeed, and craigslist might work to a certain extent for some companies, but our relationships with our people is entering it’s 19th year! Some of the folks looking for jobs this year, I’ve known since they graduated high school! ..damn it hurts to say that 🙂
