Immediate opening for an administrative assistant to help in a small commercial construction office in Western New York.
Our client is an up-and-coming General Contractor who works mostly in commercial build-outs and remodels.
Duties
- Assist the Estimator and Project Manager in all of their activities including scheduling and coordinating people and materials
- Preparing Change Orders, Submittals and RFI’s
- The role of Receptionist as needed
- Telephones and communication
- General administrative duties
- Occasional meetings to represent the company
Required:
- 2-3 years experience in a construction office
- Very comfortable with computers
- An extroverted, confident, and positive personality
