I own a couple of commercial properties on the West Side and for the most part I have great neighbors! One of my neighbors happens to be a property management company that owns quite a bit of residential housing, also mostly on the West Side. So.. Trisha called me the other day hoping that I could refer her to a carpenter to help them do turnovers that are happening as a result of their need to do capital improvements and upgrades.
She’s not necessarily looking for a full on remodeling carpenter, but probably more of a really good handyman that happens to be a talented painter. Of course if you happen to be a talented remodeling carpenter we’ll talk to you as well.
The work is good and the expectations reasonable.
