The pay we offer will match whatever you bring to the table. There is a full benefits package as well.
Experience is not necessarily necessary (can I say that?). You should at least know how to read plans and do a take-off. It’s okay if you don’t know tile and flooring products. In the end, it’s more important that we hire the type of person with qualities that relate more to attitude, aptitude, and personality than they do to experience. If you think you have what it takes to be a commercial estimator in the tile business then we should talk.
