Home Improvement Sales and Estimating

Help wanted is for a really great Sales-Estimator type of person.

We are a remodeling and home improvement company. We are hoping to hire someone to sell roofing, siding, windows, and doors.

Sales in home improvement are all about relationships.  We take a consultative sales approach here—no pitchbooks or high pressure. We’ll supply enough leads that you can run three or four calls a day.  You’re presented with the need. You offer a solution for a price. We have a support staff that will help with follow-up phone calls and such.

The best candidate:

Offered is a base plus a commission.  The way it works is kind of a draw based on the overall volume you are projected to sell (We’re flexible so if you’d like a variation on the plan we can talk about it).
