As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be directly involved in developing customer engagement, growing our customer base, calling on customer and prospect lists, promoting products, promoting monthly specials, and growing sales. You will also work the sales counter taking customer orders and building customer relationships. You will learn about exterior building products and demonstrate them to customers as a means to grow our business by helping them grow theirs. You will be directly involved with a variety of administrative tasks such as invoicing, placing special orders, setting up deliveries, sending out customer statements, and collecting payments.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in a successful sales environment and proven relationship building and sales experience. Exceptional communication skills, excellent problem solving, and engaging interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other exterior building products is preferred.
