We’re looking for someone who aspires to do more than just data entry and has the drive to control their own training but is happy with starting small. Our objective is to hire someone who wants to use this as a stepping stone to greater responsibilities in our small office.
Our ideal candidate will have a manager’s personality with an affinity for details.
The job: Ensure that everyone has everything they need to do their jobs properly. Other responsibilities might include (and not be limited to):
- Data entry of resumes (we get maybe a dozen or so a day)
- Fielding phone calls (job seekers, tenants, vendors, etc)
- General secretarial stuff (scanning, filing, etc)
The best candidates:
- Be able to type without looking at your fingers
- Will have hired and fired
- Can demonstrate that they have a leadership personality
Offered:
- We work Monday—Friday (8 am to 5 pm’ish)
