I own a residential plumbing company. We do repairs and service—water heaters, clogged drains, rooter service, frozen pipe thawing, well pumps and tanks, sumps, drainage, and lots of other things related to remodeling and improvements.
Relative to Buffalo, we are a sizeable company with a lot of moving parts and experience levels. There is no question that we could benefit from some occasional guidance and instruction.
I’m looking to hire someone with a lifetime of experience to work part-time and long-term as a teacher and mentor, or what could end up being a bit of quality control. Maybe you’re semi-retired or partially disabled, and you have a wealth of knowledge in your head and no one to impart it to—and you have a Masters License. You are who we need!
I envision you visiting our job sites, inspecting and showing the guys how to do the job properly. Be available to lend advice. And help us grow into a stronger more professional company.
Let’s have a conversation. We’ll kick around the specifics of what our relationship might look like. I am open to ideas at this point.
