I think of Labor Ready as primarily folks that are either not capable of ever being more than a temp, or they are still working on building their resume.
Most of the folks that we work with are looking for fulfillment in their next job. Because fulfillment in a job can be more elusive, many of them are open to temp or project work while they look. Availability of certain trades varies daily. As a rule, less skilled guys tend to be more available on short notice than higher level. We work with folks ranging from entry level labor to project managers, estimators, etc.
