The Outsource Center and the Role of Construction Personnel Group, Inc.

So here’s an article that talks about Rocco Termini, The Outsource Center, Dorian and Spencer Gaskin, ReUse Action, and even Sen. Mark J. Grisanti––and their contribution to the renovation of the Lafayette Hotel in downtown Buffalo.  Sure these folks all doing great things, but no mention of Kim Tatoian, Sarah Tomani, and Teddy Royal who orchestrated a large part of the massive labor force that we are all so proud of.

The Outsource Center, ReUse Action, and several other groups with similar missions put a lot of people through their programs.  Well they can’t all just walk onto any job site and start working!  Someone has to organize, interview, and assess each and every person who wants to work.  The team at Construction Personnel Group, Inc. makes that happen.

Kim does an amazing job sorting it all out.  She has a knack for knowing who’s going to work and who’s going to need a little prodding and coaching.  Kim has an uncanny ability to match people up with the employer who is most likely to benefit from that relationship.

Close to fifty of our men and women are working on this job!  I’m damn proud of those folks getting it done.  And I’m damn proud of my team at Sqrft.
