Over the last 21 years, I or my staff have interviewed a cumulative 45,000 job seekers.
It’s easy but often dangerous to draw random anecdotal conclusions about things like industry wages and why simply from our experience. Ideally, we would be able to collect real verifiable data. So I built my first survey..which I’ve learned is kind of tricky.
Surveys are only useful if many people take them. I say this because I’m pretty sure there are things about this one that I might have done better. Better wording on my questions, better explanations, etc. Please feel free to let me know what you think.
