Our strategy meeting this morning was about what companies want in an employee. Nikkie, our newest team member jumped in, “Why is no one is asking what job seekers want?” So we talked about that for a minute and I have to say, the answer was not so obvious. As professional recruiters maybe we’ve lost sight of it a little bit. Maybe we need direction.
