We’re looking for ways to be of service during these uncertain times. As an intermediary, our value to your organization can come in a variety of ways:
—The first (and most obvious way): We know lots of quality people (management, skilled or general labor) who are ready to work.
—The second way: We can defer our referral fees if we use a Fee Placement arrangement. When we all go back to work and the economy is moving—then we’ll work something out. There’s a lot of unknowns right now and “I get it”.
—And finally: With so much uncertainty about how we collectively come back from this pandemic pause, it may make more sense than ever to use an agency for the purpose of screening, keeping your unemployment rating low, protecting your Workman’s Compensation rate, limiting your hire/fire liability, and limiting exposure to your benefits plan.

On a more personal note, I would welcome any news from the outside. Are you working? Optimistic? I don’t know if I want to hear pessimistic 😉 I’m thinking that estimating might be first priority when this all finally breaks.
