Supervisory Training Program – Unit 5 Starts April 5
The Associated General Contractors Supervisory Training Program is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors.
It is for anyone from new or aspiring supervisor/foreman to experienced superintendents who would like to brush up their skills. The curriculum is also designed to be relative for both general and sub/specialty contractors. The AGC STP is the benchmark for professional development in the industry and has been completed by more than 130,000 construction supervisors and managers.
The way that I’m reading the flyer, Unit 4 starts February 23rd (hurry that’s next Tuesday!).
Unit 5 starts on April 5th and is called Improving Productivity and Managing Project Costs.
Each unit costs $160. It looks like if you pay for all six units of the class on ebook it costs $810.00.

Thank you for including the class and improvement style courses in your emails, I think it’s a really good idea. I send your emails on to friends or family and think it’s a great addition to getting info out there to better the workforce and the individual!
Sincerely, Adelaide
Excellent idea….is hard to catch all that’s out there.
thanks
Hi John, I recently got your supervisory training program email and in the bottom you asked for feedback. Here goes please keep sending some training programs as well as job postings along. As a person who works long hours as it is I don’t normally get a chance to look these types of things up. I would be interested in attending this training and if it wasn’t for you sending it along I wouldn’t have known about it. Thanks for all the emails and the work you do.
Doug
Hi Doug, Thanks so much for the reply. I really do appreciate the feedback. And I’m very happy to help.
I work for Ledge Creek Development , we are subcontractors for clients such as National Fuel , National Grid , DOT,Water Authority and many site jobs as well I wonder if class hours would conflict with my work schedule please contact me regarding class hours
Dennis, according to their flier, the hours are 5:30pm to 8:30pm. That should be perfect for most schedules. I’ll touch base with you on Monday and get you pointed in the right direction. Alternatively, you can call my office at 716-855-8100
