Alleged illegal PLA on Exit 122
Thursday, the fight against the NYS DOT’s decision to add an allegedly illegal PLA on the Exit 122 procurement was brought to the airwaves on the “Fred Dicker Live from the State Capitol” talk show on 1300 AM in Albany.
Mark Galasso of Lancaster Development, Inc. -a founding member of Empire State ABC- was interviewed by NY Post State Editor and talk show host Fred Dicker, spending nearly forty minutes talking about the decision of NYSDOT to waste $4.5 million of taxpayers dollars.
