Dear Sir,
Thank you for taking the time to write in. If you feel this way, then there’s probably someone else who does as well. You’ve given me a chance to speak to this issue so for that I am appreciative.
We are no different than real estate agents, agents for musicians, artists, athletes, or any number of professionals from every imaginable corner of society. We provide a service that at least 400-500 progressive and successful construction companies in WNY fully depend on.
I can assure you that we follow a strict code of ethics. Just like many agents with dual-agency we walk a fine line and are always wary of the potential to do harm. With every transaction we conduct, we first ask ourselves, “Are we doing the right thing?”

I have a job that I love, not like, I actually love it. I’ve only ever had 1 other job in my life that I felt similar about and this one is even better than that one. I am a construction recruiter, or headhunter if you will for all things relating to the skilled trades. I talk with everyone from the greenest new guy who can’t wait to go out and swing a hammer for money to project managers who’ve spent 30 years building a successful career. Let’s not forget about the office support staff needed at all of these… Read more »
