Confined Space Training
Upon completion of the course, students will learn how to evaluate and determine what hazards are present or likely to be present that could injure employees during confined space entries. These will include engulfment hazards, hazardous atmospheres, mechanical hazards and entrapment hazards. They will also learn to develop confined space entry and rescue procedures that identify the hazards of entering confined spaces in their workplace. Discussion will focus on the importance of rescue procedures while working in confined spaces and help the audience evaluate the capabilities of their designated rescue team to respond to confined space emergencies.
