Maintenance Supervisor Position in Southtowns

We own a dozen substantial properties between Rochester and Buffalo. Our property in Orchard Park has a Property Manager, a leasing staff, and a maintenance staff.

We are hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor to work with and lead that maintenance staff, mostly by example primarily in the turning of recently vacant apartments.

Also part of your job will be to:

• Coordinate with the Property Manager and maintain open lines of communication
• Train and mentor the folks in your charge. As they learn more, your job will become easier.
• Perform minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs along with whatever else needs to be done.
• Be on-call
