ABOUT THIS ROOFING JOB

Imagine resurfacing a football field. This is NOT hanging off a sloped roof praying for your life. It IS hard work, but you will be SAFE.

If you make it your career, yes, you can make $55/hr. It’s hard work, but it’s rewarding.

The following is an idea of different skill levels we are hiring for:

LEAD MECHANIC (up to $55)

• Leadership—Direct and train. Make decisions. Deliver excellent finished products.
• Generally 5+ years of experience installing EPDM, Duro-last, PVC, GenFlex, Hydrostop, Acrylic, Silicone, or even Modified Bitumen.
• The ability to read and decipher prints
• Provide preliminary sketches, cost estimates, and change orders for materials and services

SKILLED HELPERS ($30-$35)

• Helpers should have 2+ years of install experience
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as safety harnesses, ladders, hand welders, Leisters, shears, rollers, power broom, spud bars, hydro vac, and spreaders.

ENTRY LEVEL / LABORER ($22-$30)

• Own basic hand tools and have a willingness to work under direction to complete specific tasks.
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and heights
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as moving materials and pushing a broom.
• High school diploma/GED/degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
