Sales Administrative Assistant
Help Wanted is for an assistant to our Construction Trades Recruiting Staff.
We find jobs for folks in construction. We are matchmakers, headhunters, intermediaries, etc. We match construction workers with construction companies.
The job: Support the sales team by completing work orders, onboarding, screening, setting up interviews, etc., and help manage the office to ensure everything is getting done.
Required:
- You should be very comfortable with computers and be able to type faster than I can.
- Completing details with accuracy and efficiency should be second nature
- You should be friendly and likable
- You must be available to work Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
- You’ll be on the phone probably half of your day
