Dump Truck Driver - The dump truck we’re talking about requires at least a CDL-B license. Generally they come in three varieties:Tandem axle (or dual axle). 15-16 tons, Tri Axle 18-19 tons, and Quad Axle 22-24 tons
Local or Regional Delivery Driver - If the truck only has one axle (you don’t count the front one), a CDL license is generally not required. Many stake bodies and cube vans fall into this category.
