We have commercial contracts ranging from the downtown medical campus to manufacturing facilities in Lancaster to housing units in the Elmwood Village.
The way our contracts are written, we can’t even have an inch of snow. What that means for you is that there is pretty much, everyday, consistent work.
You will run a snowblower or a snow shovel. It all depends on how much snow there is.
We usually start pretty early. 3 am is not unusual.
The job pays $13/hr with a $250** at the end of the season (Nov 1-April 1)
The best candidates:
- Will have a car, a strong back, and be able to commit to being there whenever the snow flies.
Also Help Wanted is for Plow Drivers
—If you have your own, we will pay you AND your truck to work
—If you want to drive one of ours, we have a few.
**Bonus is prorated if a person were to start after Nov 1
