Concrete is a funny thing because everybody and his brother does it. Just ask anybody. They’ll tell you they “know a guy.. who knows a guy.. I can get you a great deal if you pay cash!”

Consequently, it is probable, that if you are an individual who works in concrete, you likely have a resume with a bunch of holes in it—but plenty of side work to show for it.

The message here is to inform you that there are concrete companies that actually run as a professional company might. They give pay raises with their reviews, and contribute to health insurance and 401k’s.

My hope is to entice you to come over from the wild, wild west and work with a properly run organization.
