Entrepreneur Minded Person for Utilities Company
We’re known for our excavation and running communication lines. However we also do all sorts of utility construction, cleaning and rehabing of culverts, directional drilling, hydrojet drain cleaning, video inspection and so much more.
We need to hire an entrepreneur minded business development person to drive certain parts of our business. Its more than sales. It’s big picture marketing and execution–relationship building.
Here are 3 or 4 ideas (out of dozens)—
- So many companies will squeegee their blacktop sealant. We have the equipment to spray it on properly and efficiently. I want to rent them my equipment.
- We have a machine to erase graffiti. It has other very practical value in that it can do what sand blasting does but without the silicone and dust. We can rent that out as well!
- Another area, we have contracts with more than 60 counties to clean their surface drainage culverts (if they need it)—of course they need it! The department heads and managers just don’t know it yet. This is business ripe for harvesting, you just need to line it up.
- When clean-ups exist in a confined space, we have remote controlled equipment made specifically for the challenge. Very few folks have this equipment—go find the work, then sell it 🙂
What we have under our roof is an incredible amount of specialized equipment that few others have. I’m looking for a business development person who understands what it takes to make it rain. Figure out how to reach our customer, then convert it to a sale.
We are a family business. We have 25 happy employees and nearly 40 years of success to offer as proof of your potential to make things happen here.
If this speaks to you then lets talk.
