Office Manager / Assistant (Internal Position)
Needed is an Office Manager / Assistant to work with our Owner to grow our organization.
We are two companies:
—One, is a former remodeling company turned real estate holding company.—>https://www.krytus.net/
—The other, is an employment agency for construction.—>https://cpgbuffalo.net/
We are hiring for an assistant to help me with the administration of both companies.
DUTIES (50% of the job)
Weekly
—Payroll & Billing
—Print Checks
—Data Entry including Payables
—Accounts Receivables (including rent)
Monthly
—Reconciles
—1-3 rent raises
—Apartment showings and onboarding
Quarterly
—Workmans Comp Self Audit
—Close books
Annually
—Update Workman Comp rates
—Insurance Renewals
Administrative/Executive Assistant (the other 50% of the job)
—Finishing what I start. Being my proxy when I just can’t be in two places at once.
—Help with remodels by managing subcontractors and resources
—Research and purchasing
—Number crunching
The successful candidate will:
—Be able to have a legitimate conversation about each of the duty items listed above
—Be a proven manager, be very detailed in nature, and have an amiable disposition.
—May have hired and fired
—Be able to type without looking at your fingers.
—Will agree with our values and want to be a part of our story.
