Heavy Equipment Mechanic’s make more money

We have just over one hundred pieces of equipment.  We work our dump trucks the most so consequently they need the most love. The help we are hiring for is another Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team.

In a perfect world, we’d hire a diesel mechanic that already was capable of rebuilding transmissions.  If you happen to be such a Mechanic, then please come talk with us.

In an effort to attract a higher quality candidate, we are exploring the possibility of bringing on someone with slightly less experience and then training on the job.

Who should apply?

• Auto Mechanics who want to make more money and learn new stuff
• Guys who have done fleet maintenance
• Folks who would enjoy the variety of work that comes with a moderately sized construction shop, and the randomness of all of our equipment
• Guys who don’t want to work for screaming jerks.  Our shop manager is just the opposite.  Paul is perhaps the quietest man you will ever meet.
